Drawing from his passion for quality animals, plus 20 years experience within large commerical production settings give Lance a broad perspective on the value of accurate selection. Lance started his career with Norsvin in 2007 working with selection and training of boars at the nucleus herd in western South Dakota. His current role includes support of customer herds. Lance helps customers develop customized mating plans: instructs customers in Norsvin data collection protocols - including evaluation of weaned pigs, weighing and scanning of gilts and boars; Norsvin's 19-point exterior scoring; and effective use of Norsvin's web-based tools for EBV management.
